We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients to provide insurance quotes and identify gaps in their current coverage. Your goal is to offer comprehensive insurance solutions, positioning our agency as their one-stop shop for all insurance needs.

In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients to provide insurance quotes and identify gaps in their current coverage. Your goal is to offer comprehensive insurance solutions, positioning our agency as their one-stop shop for all insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and generate new business
- Review existing client policies to identify coverage gaps
- Educate clients on additional coverage options
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and grow the agency
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- 440 and 2-15 insurance licenses preferred but not required (training available)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Self-motivated, coachable, and persistent with strong follow-through
- Quick learner with a desire for advancement
Compensation:
- Competitive salary plus commission
- Expected first-year earnings range: $45,000 to $75,000
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
